You can delete your 4B Fast Food account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
How to delete your account
In the 4B Fast Food app
- Open the 4B Fast Food app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email or phone (if you cannot use the app)
Send a deletion request from the phone number or email on your account:

Include your name and registered phone number. We will verify the request and delete the account.
What we delete
When your account is deleted we remove or anonymize:
- Your profile (name, phone number, email)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Order history tied to your account
- Saved payment methods and wallet data tied to your account
We may keep limited records if required by Iraqi law (for example completed payment or tax records) for the legally required period.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email or phone requests are completed within 7 days.
